Welcome to TradeLens AI (“TradeLens”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated from the United Kingdom and accessible at tradelensai.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
1. What TradeLens does
TradeLens is an AI-powered chart analysis and trader education tool. You upload a chart screenshot, the AI analyses it for trend, key levels, indicators, and a probabilistic trade plan. We also provide market pulse data, a public AI track record, strategy guides, glossary, and free calculators.
TradeLens is not a broker, financial advisor, signal service, fund manager, or regulated investment firm. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide personalised financial advice. See our Risk Disclosure for the full picture.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be located in a country where the service is prohibited.
- You must use the service for lawful, personal, non-commercial trader-education purposes only.
3. Accounts & security
You’re responsible for keeping your password secure. Please use a unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at security@tradelensai.co.uk. We’re not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.
4. Free quota, paid plans, refunds
- Every new account gets 10 free AI analyses. Beyond that, you can purchase a Monthly plan ($20) or Lifetime plan ($90) via Stripe or PayPal.
- Paid plans grant access to analyses, multi-chart consensus, watchlist alerts, and unlocked market thesis content.
- Refunds: we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on first-time purchases. Email billing@tradelensai.co.uk.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account; access stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime plans grant access for as long as TradeLens AI continues to operate. Lifetime is not a guarantee of perpetual existence.
5. Referral program
Each user gets a unique referral code. New users who sign up via your code receive +5 free analyses; when they upgrade to a paid plan, you earn +30 days of monthly access (or your existing plan extends). We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards for abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts, bulk fraud, automated signups).
6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, mirror, resell, or repackage the AI output, chart analyses, or market data.
- Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to extract its underlying prompts/models.
- Upload any chart or content you don’t have the right to use.
- Use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
- Run automated scripts (bots, scrapers) that hit the API outside what your plan allows.
7. Intellectual property
TradeLens, the “TradeLens.AI” mark, all source code, designs, copy, prompts, and AI-generated analyses are owned by us. You retain ownership of the chart screenshots you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them for analysis, debug, and (if marked public) display them on shareable URLs and the public track record.
8. AI output is informational, not advice
Every output from TradeLens — trade plans, win probabilities, entry/SL/TP suggestions, market verdicts — is informational educational content based on visual pattern recognition. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading is risky and you can lose more than you invest, especially with leveraged products like CFDs and futures.
9. Public sharing & track record
When you toggle an analysis to public, its content (chart screenshot, AI output, your asset label, and trade outcome if marked) becomes accessible at a public URL and may be aggregated into the public track record. You can re-private it at any time. Public analyses may be auto-resolved against live market data (yfinance) to mark wins/losses transparently.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeLens, its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service — including trading losses, missed gains, or data inaccuracies. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the total amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Risk Disclosure, or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@tradelensai.co.uk. We’ll delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
